We want you to hit the trails with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Altra footwear and gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Place your unworn or trail-tested items in the original packaging, include any packing slips, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
